1) Landed PR不是那么容易拿的！新加坡的移民政策不是那种很透明的打分制度。实际操作起来要比他们写的要求和难度高好多。在这个坛子里，我看到的成功拿到LPR的只有一个人，是个美国的硕士（还是博士？？？忘了）。不要过分相信中介的话，记住，如果申请不成，你的坡币1500的申请费是不退的。
2）The following categories of person are eligible to apply for Singapore Citizenship:
Person who is at least 21 years of age and has been a Singapore Permanent Resident (SPR) for at least 2 to 6 years prior to the date of application.
SPR who has satisfactorily completed full-time National Service (NS).
Spouse of Singapore Citizen who has been a SPR for at least 2 years preceding the date of application.
Minor (below 21 years old) born in Singapore but who is not a Singapore Citizen.
Minor born outside Singapore but is residing permanently in Singapore, and whose parents are Singapore Citizens.
Child born outside Singapore whose mother is a Singapore citizen.
申请citizenship的时间是成为PR后的2到6年。每个case所需的时间是不一样的。象你的情况，应该是要成为PR后的4年才可以！！
