请问贷款总额怎么算?

& M1 B. C/ J" w  l0 o# g" S假如10年贷款30万,每年利息3.5%,就是每年付300000*3.5%=10500? 平均每月875?十年后共付300000+10500*10=405000?
" d  K  _  P3 E9 L5 i. }0 t' p假如3年后一次性付清,是不是总额是:300000+10500*3=331500?

先看清合约书,若3年后你可以不受限制地作Refinancing,就没有理由还剩余7年的借贷利息吧,应该是把320000的剩余部分($234,388.15)交给银行
