Customer Care Representatives (Singapore[Map])
Responsibilities:
Be part of a new Customer Care team, implement the company strategy Achieve customer satisfaction, while maintaining set service levels and resolve all customer queries in a timely and professional manner + {# [* ?2 [5 d. s; u5 O. |
Communicate throughout the organization and maintain and develop relationships with key customers Professional handling of the day to day business (quotations, order processing and customer support)
Requirements: ) x" a9 y8 b1 f/ p
Min. Diploma holders with some work experience in call center or logistics
Fresh degree graduates in Life Sciences are welcome to apply
Good knowledge and/or job experiences in customer care
Excellent communication skills Team and Service orientated Good skills in standard office software (SAP/CRM experience desirable) Knowledge about the handling of molecular biology products preferred but not essential Experience of call processing and database systems

Fluent in English, and able to communicate with Mandarin and Cantonese speaking clients
Able to commence employment immediately preferred " M" k9 r2 K- P" Y2 t
